We create our broths by hand using fresh free range chicken, seasonal vegetables and fish (WE NEVER USE POWDERED STOCK). We use olive oil in our cooking and do not use harmful processed vegetable or seed oils. We also slow braise our beef and smoke our ham hocks.
Offering gluten and dairy free cuisine, we produce our paella using premium spanish short-grained rice, fresh chorizo, Spanish sherry vinegar and the finest saffron threads imported from regional Spain.
